We just finished watching "Little Miss Sunshine". I actually really liked the movie, I thought it was funny and interesting. At first I thought the movie was going to be about Frank and how he tries to kill himself because that is how the movie started off, who would've known the movie would be about a little girl named Olive who would enter a beauty pageant. The movie is basically about Olive who basically gets a chance to go to a beauty pageant up in California and throughout the ride there they come across different things, obstacles I would say. Olive is taught her dance routine that she performs in the pageant by her grandpa who ends up passing away. I feel like he was really the only supportive one but hr whole family ends up being supportive and an actual family at the end. What was shocking in the movie was how Dwayne kept silence for a long time until he could finally fly a jet or plane just to find out hes color blind when Olive asks him what colo...
Free write                        Winter is approaching and that means, snow, Christmas and new years. The only thing I hate about the winter is the snow and how cold it gets outside. I prefer summer over winter any day because I would rather be hot then to be freezing cold. what I do enjoy is Christmas time and new years. Thanksgiving is also right around the corner and that means black Friday. Although I'm really mad because I'm working on black Friday :(. I rather be shopping then to be stuck at work with annoying customers who get me mad every day I'm scheduled to work. What's worse is that I work in retail and to clean all that up takes so much work because people literally throw everything around, don't even fold it just leave it there and walk away like??? Another annoying thing is when I jus finish folding shirts on the table and customers see me folding it, I walk away and they come over just to mess up my table ...

I am currently on page 178 of my book "Gabi a Girl in Pieces". The book has been interesting since I'm almost at the end point and finishing up my book. I hope to be finished with this book by Tuesday just to get it over with already cause I don't like to read but anyways back to the book, Gabi's character has changed throughout the book from the beginning to how she is now. Although the book is fiction it could also be considered non fiction because the topics talked about in the book also contain realistic life events, it is just put into a fictional way of writing which I find to be interesting and creative at the same time. Taking something nonfiction and converting it into a fictional way is something not a lot of people do. They usually do something fictional based on non existing things, as well as made up stuff. The book is told through the eyes of Gabi the main character and what she goes through and is thinking. Also talked about are how certa...

The night was dark, grey and cold. Sarah made her way to her grandmothers house where she came to a hole in the ground that opened up to her like a sinkhole. There in the darkness she felt scared and for the first time she had no one by her side to let her know everything was going to be okay. All was quiet, everything around her not one peep. She took a few steps closer to the hole and cautiously looked inside the hole. Nothing but pitch black and darkness. Suddenly it started pouring rain that filled the ground with mud. Sarah couldn't control her balance, slipped and fell into the hole. Surrounded by insects and ground worms she started panicking because it was a tightly closed space and she was claustrophobic. She started yelling for help when an old elderly guy heard her creaming and helped her out. He took her to his house, helped her dry herself and took care of her until he was able to get in touch with her p...
Independent Reading              I am currently reading the book "Gabi A Girl in Pieces" by Isabel Quinteros. I started reading the book about two weeks ago and I'm on page 70. My book is a fiction book but it deals with real life topics just in a fictional way. At first the book was very boring because I just hate reading and anything that involves a book because reading is not for me! It is the most boring thing ever but the book I'm reading right now isn't that bad, I actually like it and found it interesting and I think other people would find it interesting as well. The book has a lot going on starting from Gabi having an alcoholic and drug addict dad to her best friend getting pregnant when they're only in high school, to Gabi having her first boyfriend and not knowing what to do when he tells her that he loves her. I find the book to be interesting and I feel that the book is great itself and there's nothing that can be improved. Some question...
